Challenge or social need:
The EQM system has been implemented in Iceland and several countries have shown interest in doing the same. But without quality improvement quality assurance does not make sense and therefore there is a need to review the system with the aim of improving parts of it that have appeared to be fragile or incomplete as well as keeping it up-to-date with the development of quality assurance of adult learning. Improving the quality of education and training is one of the priority areas of the EU Council’s European agenda for adult learning and in order to build a strong adult-learning sector, the focus should be on developing quality assurance for learning providers e.g. by using existing quality assurance.
Description:
Šio Nordplus projekto tikslas – tobulinti ir plėtoti kokybės akreditavimo sistemą EQM, Europos kokybės ženklą, skirtą neformalaus suaugusiųjų mokymosi teikėjams. Taip pat ketiname peržiūrėti ir tobulinti standartus, kriterijus ir akreditavimo procesą, kad EQM kaip visuma būtų atnaujinta nauja rekomendacijų sistema dėl suaugusiųjų mokymosi kokybės, kurią 2013 m. spalio mėn. pradėjo teminė darbo grupė. Suaugusiųjų mokymosi kokybė dirbant su ES Komisijos mandatu.
Benefits/success factors/ measurement of success:
Dalis patobulinimų buvo mokymų sukūrimas išorės vertintojams / instruktoriams, nes jų vaidmuo yra ne tik įvertinti mokymosi teikimą pagal EQM standartus ir kriterijus, bet ir padėti mokymosi teikėjui gerinti savo darbo kokybę ir sukurti tvarią kokybės kultūrą mokymosi teikėjo organizacijoje.
